The Alex Carpani Band literally started with an accident. After being forced to rest after having a fractured ankle, Alex Carpani composed, arranged, performed, and recorded all the parts of his debut concept album Waterline. He formed the band later to be able to perform the album live. Since then they have recorded a second album, The Sanctuary, which they will be presenting live in Quebec on Sunday. Here is the band performing in Genoa, Italy.
